This special property is located high in the hills of Alhaurin el Grande, but still only a few minutes drive from town. Alhaurin el Grande is a busy town with several schools, a modern health centre and many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

Upstairs there is a galleried landing area with a door to a large wrap round terrace with some of the most spectacular views available in the area. The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, fitted wardrobes, a dressing area, an ensuite bathroom with bath with shower over, toilet and basin, and doors to the terrace. The other three bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms with shower, toilet and basin. There is also an airing cupboard.

The stable area has separate vehicle access. It is well designed, with 8 stables, although one is presently used as a studio. The stables all have doors to the outside as well as doors in to the central courtyard. At one end there is a large tack room with sinks and storage to one side and a feed storeroom to the other side. At the other end there is an open room for preparation and a casita with living room with woodburner,  kitchen area with oven, hob, extractor, sink and cupboards, bedroom and bathroom. The stable area is on a large flat part of the plot, and also houses the wellhouse and a sand school. In front of the stables, there is a large open terrace over a high capacity water deposit, and also a kennel area.

This property provides a large living area together with an excellent stable block, and has an OCA licence for horses.
