There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.  Across from the house, a door leads in to the cave, which extends to 4 square metres and gives space for storage and a workshop. At the end of this section of the garden, there is a gate leading to the second area of garden, and a path leads on to the top garden area, which is laid out over two levels. The lower level is a terrace, and the upper level is a further terrace with a built in bar to the right and a barbecue area to the left. This area is positioned to have all day shade, making it a superb summer patio for relaxation away from the intense sun. The whole of the gardens are surrounded by plants and features, and are so unusual in a townhouse.

All in all, this is a unique home! Living in town has great benefits, and there are daily doorstep deliveries of fish, bread, and fruit and vegetables. Fibre optic broadband has just been installed in the street, and so speeds of up to 100 megabytes will soon be available. Water costs are very low. The present owners had re-wiring carried out about 8 years ago.
