This property is located between Ahaurin el Grande and Alhaurin de la Torre, in a small village. It is very close to a golf course, and within 15 minutes of Malaga airport. In the village, there is a small supermarket and two bar/ restaurants, and two further restaurants at the golf club. Nearby, the main bus route provides links to Malaga, Fuengirola, and all the local towns.

There are plenty of floor and wall cupboards, a gas hob with extractor over, electric oven, fridge freezer, twin stainless steel sinks and microwave oven. There is also a dishwasher fitted. The first double bedroom has ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and sliding patio doors to the outside. There is an ensuite bathroom with basin in marble surround, toilet, bidet and corner power shower cubicle. The other double bedroom has ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes, and there is a second bathroom with toilet, basin in marble surround and shower. Off the hallway there is a broom cupboard.

The upstairs apartment is accessed by steps at the side of the terrace, making it totally independent. There is a large terrace at the front of the apartment, with excellent views. The living room has a woodburner and sliding doors on to the terrace, and the kitchen area is equipped with worktop, breakfast bar, gas cooker with 4 hobs and oven, ample cupboard and twin stainless steel sinks. There is one double bedroom with storage cupboards, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin, and another storage cupboard.

Nearer to the entrance to the property there are two self contained casitas sharing a garden area and a heated swimming pool with terrace. The first casita has three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom, and the second casita has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Both casitas are air conditioned and there is also a further building with washing machine, shower, toilet and basin.

Around the house there are gardens with fruit trees, plenty of parking, and excellent views all round. Next to the swimming pool a small building is divided in to two rooms, a utility room with washing machine, space for further fridge/ freezers, and a full bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. There is also a pool pump room.

The views from the upstairs terrace are stunning, with clear sea views towards Malaga, and mountains all around!
