On the ground floor, There is a further bathroom with twin basins, cupboards, and a separate shower and toilet and bidet area. From the kitchen, steps lead up to a mezzanine level, with beamed ceiling. There is a bedroom with beamed ceiling, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, and this has a separate private living room/ dressing room. Further stairs lead to the first floor, where there are two double bedrooms, and a gallery overlooking the kitchen. There is also a living area, and a library, and a further living room from one of the bedrooms. Doors lead out on to a large terrace with amazing views.

Outside, there is a large swimming pool with underwater lighting, surrounded by a terrace with a covered area and brick built barbecue. Steps from the pool terrace lead up to a large sun terrace. Around the house there are several large terraced areas with flower beds and mature trees, and also many paths through the extensive gardens, with seating areas. There is a further detached garage, and an animal run. The entrance gates are electrically operated.
