The remaining two bedrooms are both double bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside, at the end of the conservatory there is a covered outside dining area and behind this there is a large outside kitchen area with space for a barbecue, fridges, freezer, etc.  At this end of the house there is the salt water swimming pool with Roman steps and underwater lighting, surrounded by grass and terrace. Beyond this a further building houses the pool equipment and the automatic irrigation controls, and at the far end there is a large circular decking area positioned to enjoy the most spectacular views of the surrounding area. Below the decking area there is further storage. At the other end of the house, there is a terrace outside the kitchen with space for a breakfast table in the shade, and also a garden shed for storage. This terrace leads round to the driveway, and across from the driveway there is another summerhouse for storage. The whole plot faces towards the amazing views, and on a clear day you can see for many kilometers. There are plenty of formal garden areas, with paths and gentle steps, flowering shrubs, and palm trees. The main orchard areas are on the sloping part of the plot.
