This property is located to the north west of the busy town of Coin, and is reached by good road taking about 10 minutes from the town. It is in the countryside, near to the Rio Grande, and from the end of the garden, a couple of minutes walk across public land takes you to the river, and also gives access to long country walks and excellent horse riding. The house is not remote, and is in a residential area.
