This property is located to the north west of the busy town of Coin, and is reached by good road taking about 10 minutes from the town. It is in the countryside, near to the Rio Grande, and from the end of the garden, a couple of minutes walk across public land takes you to the river, and also gives access to long country walks and excellent horse riding. The house is not remote, and is in a residential area.

The house is large, and has good outside space. At the front, there is a driveway for a number of vehicles, and this is secured by double steel gates. Next to the driveway there is a very large covered terrace, and at one end of this, steps lead up to a very large roof terrace covering most of the main part of the house and giving extensive views of the surrounding area. To the other side of the front terrace, there is access to the rear of the house, and the land, although an adjacent track also leads to the rear, giving easy access for horses. Within the covered terrace, there is a large brick built barbecue with sink and worktops, and the whole terrace is walled and gated.

Double doors lead in to the dining room, which has air conditioning and an arch at the rear leading in to the kitchen. This has stone worktops, stainless steel sink and drainer, wood fronted floor and wall cupboards, larder cupboard and drawers, gas hob with extractor over, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and built in American fridge freezer. The kitchen window looks to the rear gardens. The separate living room has air conditioning, two ceiling fans and a woodburner, and patio doors to the front terrace.  There is a double bedroom with ceiling fan, currently used partially as a study. The master suite has a large dressing area with several wardrobes, and the double bedroom has ceiling fan, air conditioning and patio doors to a small terrace overlooking the gardens at the rear. There is an en suite bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and basin. The second bathroom has bath with shower over, toilet and basin.

Outside, there is a 50 m2 apartment at the rear of the house, built some years ago. This needs some internal renovation, and comprises a living room, a very large bedroom with three windows, a smaller bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and basin, and space for a shower.  Below the apartment, there are three separate storage rooms, and behind this, a further covered terrace with views of the countryside. Next to the covered terrace, there is an area of garden, and a path then leads down to a vegetable area, and further down, a fenced equestrian area with stable and paddock with arena. The property has an existing OCA licence to keep up to 5 horses.

Water is suppplied by a private well, and this always has ample water due to the location near to the river.
