Upstairs, the large landing area has a stained glass window over the stairs and wardrobes and drawers.  There are three further bedrooms,  all with plenty of wardobe space, and the master bedroom has a dressing room and an ensuite bathroom with twin basins, power shower cubicle, toilet and bidet.  The family bathroom has bath, toilet, basin and bidet. One of the bedrooms has a small terrace facing the excellent views. The upstairs rooms have vaulted beamed ceilings.

Outside, the space has been fully utilised, and to the left of the house there is a large comfortable covered terrace facing the pool, which has Roman steps, underwater lighting, and a shower. There is also a seating area and outdoor lighting. At the rear of the pool area, there is a bathroom with basin, toilet and shower, a storage area, and a fully equipped outside kitchen with barbecue. Across the back of the house, a large covered terrace has electric vertical blinds, with integrated doors, so this can be made weatherproof as required. A separate building houses the central heating boiler and oil tank. The gardens have lawns, mature trees and have been well designed to give a parkland feel to the property.
