Next to the Summer kitchen is a Garage, 5.5m x 3.1m, with concrete floor, folding doors and an entrance at the side which is no longer used.

The Land.
The land is roughly divided in two parts and totals 1.3 hectares or 3.26 acres. The land to the front of the house and to the rear has the feeling of parkland in the traditional sense with well established trees creating short avenues of shade, whilst to the rear, the land is mainly lawn bordered by high hedges. To the rear of the house is a narrow strip of garden which is divided from the remaing land by a fence wit an access gate.
All in all, probably one of the most charming properties I have seen in many a year.
