This investment property is located in Faralya, one of the most treasured sea view locations along Turkey's turquoise coast. Faralya is a hamlet making up part of the village of Uzunyurt and perhaps best known as lying on the Lycian Way, a popular walking route stretching from nearby Ovacik all the way along the coast to the city of Antalya. The property is far enough away from the crowds to offer peace and tranquility yet still within reach of popular resorts and town. Dalaman Airport lies just 60km, less than 90 minutes transfer away from

It offers spectacular views across the Mediterranean towards Rhodes to the front, and along the coast towards Marmaris and Datca to the right (both can be seen in the distance on clear days). A few steps down lead towards the pool, a few steps up and you are on a partly covered, sea view terrace. The terrace is a large space with feature seating, tables and ample free space making the most of the glorious views.

The Basement Spa & Hamam/ Machine Room. Via a separate entrance to the left of the main reception, stairs down take you to the basement. Here the machine room lies to one side , the spa and Turkish bath to the other.

-The Machine Room homes the generator, under floor heating controls, water supply and cleaning system, boiler, solar panel tanks and other maintenance equipment. The solar panels are located on the roof above.

-The Turkish bath (Hamam) & Spa is a good size , clean and well maintained . In addition there is a good sized sauna, guest changing rooms, showers and washing/wc facilities.

5 High End, En-Suite Bedrooms. Located on the ground floor, facing the pool and sea are 5, individually decorated and designed en-suite guest rooms. Each has a unique quality with private terrace and steps down to the pool and grounds.

VIP Guest Room/ Suite. A superior en-suite double with lounge lies towards the top of the main building offering superb views. Individually designed, it includes many upgraded features and offers a higher level of privacy. This is normally the choice for visiting celebrities and VIP guests.

Duplex Guest Apartment. To the side and top of the property is a self-contained one bed apartment covering two floors and offering fabulous views across the grounds and sea.

Apartment contains comfortable seating room with kitchen facilities, large spacious bedroom and bathrooms suite. Sleeps up to 5.

Owners Apartment. The owner currently resides on site in a spacious, self-contained one bed apartment. Spread over one level, this contains a good sized bedroom, lounge/living area with kitchen facilities and a bathroom.

Spread throughout the extensive gardens are a number of feature cobbled feature walkways taking you to the cottages and cabins. All are air-conditioned but differ in quality to suit a broad range of guests and budgets;

The Cottages. There are three in total. A detached stone cottage sleeping up to 3 guests with en-suite and seating terrace to the front. The 'Twin Cottages' are semi-detached and spacious stone rooms. One is twin, the other double in design, both en-suite and nestled into the grounds near the yoga shala.

Tree-House. On entry to the garden is a wooden tree house offering stilted and elevated accommodation in the shade of a pepper tree. This is currently a spacious twin with en-suite.
The Cabins. Currently there are three log cabins of small and basic design aimed at the budget market. Two are singles with storage, one a larger double. These share the shower and washing facilities in a block nearby. NB: It may be possible to build up to another 10 bungalows/cabins should the new owner wish.

The grounds are lovingly maintained and mature. They feature a wide variety of fruit trees (plum, apricot, mulberry, fig, olive, pomegranate), and a many beautifully scented plants and shrubs. The garden design includes feature shaded walkways, bridge and cobbled and stone paths leading you to the various facilities and accommodation on site.

The current owners try and grow as many vegetables as they can to aid supply in the vegetarian only restaurant. There is a sizable vegetable garden tucked to the one side of the property for this purpose.

Garden Restaurant, Kitchens & Bar. Located in the grounds, not far from the main building, is a purpose built garden restaurant and bar with functional kitchen open to the terrace, at the rear. This is a light and shaded terraced area that can be closed off if wished during the cooler months. It offers full sea views and has ample dining and relaxation room for guests. The restaurant on site is mainly vegetarian.

Yoga Shala/ Activity Platform. Past the pool and set in a tranquil section of the garden amongst the pomegranate trees is the yoga shala. A wooden structure with thatched roof, the sides can be opened up allowing fresh air through to the space, or enclosed. This is a large platform and can be used to practice yoga or meditation, other activities hosted at the site have included dance, music, photography, arts and dance.

Massage/ Treatment Rooms. Accessed via a beatuful, naturally shaded walkway are the 2 wooden massage/treatment rooms that share the nearby pool washroom, wc and changing facilities.
