Among the green Piedmont hills dividing the town of Gavi and Novi Ligure, in the heart of landscaped territory, we offer ancient prestigious villa surrounded by a large 14,000 sqm park with several ancient conifers as well as a private pool and some spaces intended to porches, warehouses, basement with wood stove, garage and laundry.
