This iteration of the house was built around 1920, but we believe there have been houses on the site for much longer.

Three dedicated bedrooms, but with real scope for expansion to five bedrooms with very little effort.

The living area includes a large family dining room, with balcony, giving wonderful views while you eat.
There are two kitchens, two sitting rooms and two upstairs storage rooms, currently being used as bedrooms.
Two cellars, an under house car port and a hayloft (with potential for conversion to further living/sleeping space).

The roof and chimneys have recently been replaced using original tiles and bricks where possible.

The house is partially central heated, it is cozy all year round in the main living and sleeping areas. There is a new gas heating and water boiler, the boiler was chosen to allow lots of scope to extend the heating system to the whole house.

The walls have been re-rendered, waterproofed and painted, a real must when the snow comes in.

We started renovating the house, structurally it is now in great condition, we planned on adding a further bathroom and converting the hayloft to a self contained studio. The village of Viola has multiple shops, cash machine, Post Office, along with two bars and two fantastic restaurants. You can live there all year should you have the luck to be able to!

Summer activities include walking, climbing, swimming in one of the local rock pools, running, cycling, sitting on the balcony enjoying the local wines!
The river, Via Ferrata, waterfalls and swimming pools are within walking distance, and only a ten minute drive.

Winter sees the ski resort open, there has been much investment in this ski area recently and is growing again for the 2016/17 season.
