There are two good sized sand schools, the first of which is 40x20 and used as a warm up arena, and leads down to a collecting ring before entering the main arena which is 61x21.  Both arenas have drainage and a textile membrane and irrigation to keep dust to a minimum.

The stable area of the property has a large hay barn, and there is provision for outdoor toilet and shower.  12 full size stables with extra canopy shading to provide all round shade and breeze.  All the stables have rubber matting and automatic water systems and a misting system to keep horses cool and dust free during the hot summer.  There are three field shelters and plenty of storage including a rug store, feed room large tack room with adjoining kitchen, there are three shower cubicles for horses and toilet facilities for clients.  The land is currently separated into 14 paddocks and there are three field shelters. The whole area has been designed and built to a high specification.  

The fields surrounding the property have an irrigation system in place to enable them to be used for cultivating grasses for horse feed.

The property is surrounded by various shrubs and fruit trees including olives, figs, grapes, apricots, nisperos, and a very well maintained orchard of 12,000 square metres of orange trees.  

Water is supplied to the property via the town, and water is also available from a well and irrigation water for the land is supplied from a canal system.  Also on the land is a 60,000 litre water deposito.

There is also an alarm system in place.
