It is close to all the amenities and facilities such as schools, shops, bars, restaurants as well as one of the most beautiful streets of Alora which has excellent shops. The house is built over three floors. On the ground floor, which is accessed from a small covered porch, we enter a hall which to its right has a pretty living room with fireplace. At the rear of the ground floor, there is a bathroom, a spacious kitchen with a doorway to access the courtyard. There is also a bedroom on this floor, which could easily be used as another type of room such as a dining room for example.

There are marble stairs that lead to the first floor, which has a useful storage space underneath.  On the first floor, there is further storage on the landing and three further bedrooms and another bathroom. The spacious master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the gardens and provides beautiful and pleasant sunshine. The other two bedrooms are also a good size.

From the landing of the first floor there are marble stairs that leads to the second floor which is the roof terrace, from where you have beautiful views of Alora.

The community currently pays a maintenance charge for the pool and gardens of only 30 € per month.
