Our opinion
There are very few chalets like this in the entire Valley. Indeed, it is one of the only genuine ski-in, ski-out positions (have a look at Google Streetview, taken from the Aillouds piste looking directly at the chalet). A ready-made rental business should it be wanted, but the chalet could equally be used as a home or second home.
