Full description:

The house built in 1975 is in good overall condition both inside and out, but the inside will benefit from modernising.

Inside is 100 m2 and has three main rooms which will be good to make the living room and two double bedrooms.
The kitchen is basic and will need completely re-fitting with modern base and wall units and sink.

The bathroom and separate toilet are functional, but will benefit from further improvement.

The outside has some further buildings for animal shelters and extend to 3,620m2, but there is a parcel of land next door for sale together with the property which will bring the total land size to 9,000m2.

Mains electricity is connected and the water is currently supplied by the fresh water well, however mains water can be connected from the street as well as phone/internet.

Marcali town has a popular Spa and Leisure Centre, located on the north end of town. Opened in 2003, the thermal baths were eventually developed into an indoor pool in 2008, and then finally into a full water park by June 2010.
Besides the swimming facilities, the centre boasts also courts for tennis, handball, basketball, and beach volleyball. Although summer is the main time of year to visit the place, the facility is open all year around.
Indeed, several events are hosted throughout the year at the Spa, including the annual Marcali Euro Folk Festival
The Marcali Kulturális Korzó (Múzeum köz 5) has exhibits related to Somogy County, and every other Friday hosts a film showing. On Thursdays, entrance to the museum is free
There are nice parks to enjoy the peace and tranquillity, as well as the many fountains.
You will also find a large Tesco Hyper market for all your shopping needs, as well as many high street shops in the centre itself.
The shores of Lake Balaton at Balatonbereny are only 20 minutes away by car where you can enjoy the beach and Historic sights of this Lake side village.
The local hills around this village are good for hiking and scenic experiences. A pleasant path goes to the Bokrosi wine-hill that lies above the village, Keszthely Mountain and the monadnocks of Tapolca hollow,
