Podere Colonna is located in beautiful panoramic position, about 2 km from the village of San Venanzo, a fortified village at the centre of a region characterized by vast woods and sloping green plains. Podere Colonna is situated at an altitude of around 500 m s.l.m., thus ensuring an optimal climate for much of the year. The sun exposure of the property is continuous throughout the day, given that the property is located on the top of a hill.
