The house, with a total floor area of over 430 mē, was built in 1980 on a land area of 1,321 mē and renovated several times over the years. The complete roof structure and insulation was replaced in 2008. Electrical, water and drainage systems were replaced in 2010 and new PVC and aluminum doors and windows, new flooring, ceramic tiles, new thermo-insulating facade and a new wrought iron fence were built in the same year.
The villa consists of three separate units, an office and business space / workshop and a boiler room.
Apartment 1
The largest apartment, measuring 220 mē, consists of two floors. The ground floor contains a dining room with a cozy fireplace and a relaxing corner under the window, next to the fireplace, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs is a spacious and bright living room, 3 bedrooms and bathroom.

The second apartment, measuring 136 mē, is located in the attic and consists of a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony.
