Situated in the Sotogrande Costa, The La Villa Rosa is close to the Marina of Sotogrande and a five minute drive to the beaches. Local Coffee shops and three restaurants are all within walking distance at Paniagua. Hairdressers and beauty parlour are close by. World famous golf clubs, International Polo fields and many picturesque seaside and inland walks make this destination a very special location. The villa is modern, stylish and well presented, set in a delightful location with secure parking for three cars. There is a Sky TV package in the main lounge, kitchen and three of the bedrooms. Wi-Fi is provided throughout. The villa boasts an impressive spacious entrance hall, guest cloakroom, large fully-fitted kitchen with Central Island and dining table for eight guests. The salon has comfortable seating and with a Sky TV area. On the first floor there are two double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, one bedroom facing the garden and pool and one with a split Air Conditioning unit. All bedrooms have personal fans and the facility of a portable Air Conditioning unit if required. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a large private roof-terrace furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers. On the ground floor is the fourth double bedroom with ensuite facilities, this charming bedroom faces the swimming pool and garden. From the living room there are glass sliding patio doors leading to a large covered terrace with an outside dining area and comfortable seating. The terrace, which is gated for child-security access to the swimming pool, faces the garden with mature fruit trees including Orange, Lime, Lemon and Avocado. The private pool area is most secluded, with a dining area, comfortable sun loungers, parasols and Barbeque. Including a large refreshment table and seating for twelve guests. Linen and towels are changed each week and a complimentary maid service to clean the villa mid-week. Gardeners attend weekly to service the garden and pool. Additional maid service and baby-sitting can be arranged if required. A food basket is available for guest's arrival. Please indicate your requirements. Flights are available at Malaga Airport 60 minutes' drive or Gibraltar international Airport 30 minutes' drive; both served by European Airports. Car hire is available at both airports. Three super markets and numerous shops, restaurants and coffee shops are situated in the local village, Pueblo Nuevo about 5 minutes' drive, supplying local and international food as well as 'take-away´ Thai, Chinese, or Indian cuisine.
