The garden is very large and also very well maintained, there are lots of hidden spots around the garden, beyond the pool area there is a place to store the logs and then beyond that another little patio area.

The house has mains electricity and water. Also there is an additional reserve tank for the water. There is internet in the house also. It is only about 1.5 kilometers away from the main town of Albox (easily walking distance). Albox is a busy town with 3 supermarkets and lots of things to do! It takes just half an hour by car to get to the beautiful beaches of Mojacar, Garrucha and Villaricos and just an hour to get to Almeria airport.
