Special Condition of Sale
(i) If the successful purchaser(s) of lots 2 and 5 obtain a change of use for the agricultural buildings within 20 years of purchase date then they should pay to the vendor or his successor(s) in full a sum equivalent to 50% of the uplift in value resulting from the granting of that planning consent.
