If travelling form Whalley or Clitheroe proceed along the A59 in the direction of Skipton turning left towards Chatburn and first right at the T junction. Continue through Chatburn village turning right towards Downham and turning first left past the Assheton Arms towards Twiston. Continue along this road turning first right just past the telephone box into a narrow private road which leads to a pair of cottages and No 1 is situated on the left hand side.
If travelling from Burnley, Nelson, Colne, Barrowford area then take the road to Barley village and follow the directions for Clitheroe and Twiston, continuing along the same road (dont turn off towards Clitheroe) taking the fourth road on the left hand side which leads to the property.
