Summer Hill Farm is a wonderful house with stunning, panoramic views across south Worcestershire to Bredon Hill and also the Malvern hills. The property was redeveloped by the present owners about eight years ago, is situated at the end of an unmade lane and benefits from a peaceful location. It now offers spacious accommodation within a substantial country home.
The main house includes many features such as exposed timbers, individually designed wrought iron candelabras and wall mounted lights in the bespoke Osborne kitchen. On entering the house one is greeted by a substantial reception hall which has an impressive wooden, split direction staircase, full height windows and glazed doors to either side of the room. The impressive drawing room includes exposed timbers, a large fireplace with wood burning stove and doors out to the pool area whilst the bespoke kitchen has many integrated appliances as well as an oil fired Aga. In addition to the main house is The Old Dairy which is arranged over one storey and comprises a reception hall, open plan living room/kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Adjoining The Old Dairy is a secure gardener's building and a wood store whilst the courtyard to the front of the property has a detached triple garage with storage over. The former sties are now used as kennels, further garden storage and an outside wc.
The property is approached along an unmade road to a gravelled driveway leading to a formal parking area at the front of the house and onwards to further parking in the courtyard with garaging. The gardens were landscaped about eight years ago when the property was redeveloped and now benefit from many shrubs, tress and plants along with a laurel hedge.
