Please note the applications have been renewed under code 15/2010/1383/PO dated 22/03/2011 and code 15/2010/1382/PO dated 22/03/2011.
A copy of the Planning Decision documents are available together with Conditions contained therein are available for inspection at the Agent's Mold Office. Prospective purchasers should be aware of the various Planning Policies which are relevant to the decision particularly policy HSG4 and HSG10 pertaining to affordable housing requirements within development boundaries in village settlements.
