Each lodge is individually designed and built on site specifically to your requirements which means that there is a range of options open to you but the maximum build size for lodges on this site is 63' x 22'. As a purchaser you will be encouraged to have a creative input as to how the lodge will be designed and finished and there is a range of styles and finishes for bathrooms and kitchens


Pricing And Fees

The prices of lodges on Blenkett Wood Park start from 120,000 and vary depending on the size of lodge required and the standard of finish requested. Annual site fees are increased in line with inflation with 2009/2010 fees set at 1900.00 per annum. Leaving the town of Grange Over Sands from the central roundabout located at the top of Main Street, proceed along The Esplanade passing Grange Fire Station and continue to the village of Allithwaite (approx 1.5 miles) Upon reaching the village continue for another 400 yards until you reach the Pheasant pub, turning left here. At the foot of Jack Hill, turn right onto the entrance to Blenkett Wood Lodge Park and proceed along the track to the site
