The site is level and comprises of the main Farmhouse, long single storey milking/feeding building a smaller attached barn and larger barn. The buildings are in need of refurbishment/conversion. Access to the site is via a gateway from the main route through the village.

Sutton Benger is a small village in the county of Wiltshire and located 5 miles (8.0 km) North East of Chippenham. An application was submitted for 7 units, which included the conversion of the main farmhouse into a pair of semi-detached houses the milking buildings converted into 2No. 1 bedroom single storey houses. Conversion of the smaller attached barn into a 2 bedroom house and the larger attached barn into a 4 bedroom family house plus a new build detached bungalow.

This application has been withdrawn to remove the new build bungalow and to complete a bat survey. Once this survey is complete then the application will be submitted for 6 units.
