Continue on this road straight for about 5 miles the road name changes from Penn Road to Witheridge Lane and Church Road through Penn. Continue to Hazlemere crossroads go straight over the 1st roundabout and right at the 2nd (Holmer Green Road). Proceed down the hill and turn left after the parade of shops into Western Dene. Continue for about 1 mile, at the top of the hill turn right onto Cryers Hill Lane, at the end of the road turn left and proceed down Cryers Hill (A4128). After about 0.4 miles turn right at The Harrow public house onto Warrendene Road, continue for about 1.3 miles and at the crossroads turn left onto Bryants Bottom Road. Home Farm House can be found a short distance after The Gate public house on the right hand side. (If you reach Spring Coppice on the left you have gone too far).
