Bakers DiY is situated within the picturesque Afan Forest Park, which is a 48-square-mile forest park, set in the Afan Valley in Port Talbot, South Wales. The forest is well known for its mountain biking and walking trails. It is located seven miles from the M4 motorway. the area has been developed as the premier mountain bike riding venue in the UK. The forest park also has nine way-marked walking trails, ranging from a 30 minute to a 3-4 hour walk. As well as mountain biking, there is also a network of 25 miles of disused railway lines, which can be used for walking and cycling. This area attracts a high level of tourism.
