Full description

Close to the bustling town of Ryde, and close to the quaint picturesque village of Bembridge, is St Helens. With it's traditional local pub, local shops and Village Green, it helps to create a real sense of community amongst friends and neighbours, and makes for a fantastic friendly place to live. A place to live life the way it is meant to be lived, calmly and peacefully in beautiful tranquil surroundings, and what better place to enjoy this lifestyle than this 3 bedroom semi, offered in excellent condition by the current owners of more than 12 years.

The house is the perfect blend of old and new, with some fabulous character features mixed in with a modern contemporary feel throughout to please buyers with different tastes. It's a great house for those families who are looking for a spacious home to grow into and enjoy the many local amenities nearby, whilst retaining that feeling of village life.

The accommodation on offer internally consists of a cosy lounge, a beautifully presented dining room, kitchen, cloakroom, utility room, and a lovely sun lounge on the ground floor. Whilst upstairs houses the family bathroom, and three family bedrooms, with sea views accompanying the master bedroom. Outside you will find the enclosed rear garden, along with the car port and off road parking.

So, as you can see, this house really does have it all for the growing family.

What the Owner says:

We decided to go for this house when we were looking for a good sized family home in St Helens, and after looking for quite some time we came across this house, and our search was over straight away! The house offered us absolutely everything we wanted, and more, and we feel so lucky to have found it, and have lived here so happily. We shall certainly miss our house that we have worked so hard to make our 'home'. The house has a lot of period features which attracted us and we have spent a lot of time and effort in trying to keep our home as original as possible, and in keeping with the age and tradition of the house. It has been a fantastic place to live, which is why we have stayed here for so long, and we certainly hope to stay in St Helens.
