161 Beach Street is situated in the much sought-after Conservation Area of Deal. The busy and thriving town centre is close by and includes a good range of shops providing for all needs. There are now High Speed trains from Deal providing services to London in about 1 hour 22 minutes. The High Speed rail service from Dover Priory takes about 1 hour 10 minutes to London St Pancras. The A2 at Whitfield is about 6 miles away and provides a dual carriageway link to the M2 and the remaining motorway network
There is a good sized garden for central Deal with, in one corner, a covered seating area and a garden shed. There are raised beds with mature trees and shrubs, and an area of paved terrace and lawn with a side gate to Golden Street
