We bought our property approximately five years ago and we were immediately attracted to the property as we felt it had potential to extend. We also fell in love with the garden as it is far larger than other properties we had looked at and as we have always enjoyed our gardens, this one ticked all the boxes for us. We also liked the fact that there were no parking restrictions outside the property so parking would not be a problem when we have visitors around.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time living here and have tried to maintain our home to what we feel is a good standard. We now feel the time has come for us to down size and we hope the new owners enjoy our home as much as we have.
