When we first started looking for a property in Brighton we were busy looking at a wide variety of flats, simply because we had no idea we could get a whole house for our money! We love owning the whole freehold because we’re not bound by a lease or have to pay maintenance or ground rent to anyone; it’s all up to us!
We fell in love with the cottage style of this house and all the character it has. It really is one of its kind. Popes Folly is a great place to live, you have everything you need right on your doorstep yet its tucked away in a no through road so it’s pretty quiet and there is parking right outside. Shops are literally a couple of minutes walk away, plus the city centre and station are also walkable distance or a quick ride on the regular bus services.
