FARRINGFORD COTTAGE, BEDBURY LANE, FRESHWATER BAY, ISLE OF WIGHT PO40 9PB
Farringford Cottage is situated within an attractive setting of just over half an acre, designated as a Conservation Area and overlooking an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. On the southern fringe of Freshwater, with views towards the downland to the south, there is excellent access to superb coastal and country walks from the cottage, with both the shops of Freshwater and Freshwater Bay being less than a mile away. To the east of the property is a field known as Granny’s Mead which was acquired by the Parish Council in order to preserve it as amenity space. The accommodation is well proportioned, with 4 double bedrooms on the first floor, all of which have two aspects.
