I have loved living here in Chatsworth Court and will really miss it. There were quite a few reasons why I bought the property but the terrace certainly made it stand out. There are doors from the lounge/dining room and the kitchen which is handy and it's just really nice having somewhere you can put some plants and enjoy some fresh air particularly with a flat. It's a lovely place to sit and relax and enjoy a coffee in the sunshine.The flat also has a share of the freehold so unlike many flats you have more control over what is being managed, and as a result the building is well run and it's not too expensive either.
