I immediately liked the light and space that hit me on arrival when viewing this house years ago.
I lived locally so knew how close to the schools it was, but it's only from living here that I've come to (and the children more so!) really appreciate how near they are as well as East Court, which is great for walks, etc. It's so convenient to be able to walk to town for an evening too.
Since moving in I have re-fitted the kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom and have been very pleased with the improvements.
I will really miss the garden and being in the conservatory because even on colder days it's snug, bright, and you can still feel part of the garden.
As my children have got older they have found out how easy it is to walk to the town centre and train station too.
