This character property was constructed circa 1864 and was formerly the lodge house for one of the few stately houses in the area - Farfield Hall. The hall was built by Charles Davison (1822 - 1908) who was highly instrumental in the founding of the port of Connah's Quay.
The lodge house has been greatly improved and extended by successive owners who have retained the character of the property.
