When we viewed the house we realised immediately that this was our perfect home. It was built in 1935 to a very high standard by the renowned Burton builders, and is well crafted, well laid out and beautifully designed.

The house is in one of the two premier private roads of Cheam, with an active, well funded Residents Association and the road soon to be fitted with electronic entrance gates and CCTV cameras.

The house is in its original form with stunning parquet floors, bathrooms and kitchens having been replaced, fitted to a high specification and detail.

The house, with its intelligent layout, has proved ideal for the family whilst growing up. But we must move on as the children have now grown up and moved out.
