In order to activate the planning permission foundation works have been commenced, the building intending to comprise a detached bungalow constructed in natural limestone beneath a pitched and pan-tiled roof and including Hall, Kitchen, Lounge and Dining Room, 3 Bedrooms, Bathroom, Utility and Cloaks Room, attached double Garage. The foundation outline suggests a gross external floor area of the entire building to be in the very approximate region of 300 square metres.
