Finding it - Let us assume you are coming from Falkirk or Grangemouth direction, and heading north at the Bowtrees motorway roundabout. Go straight through the village and at the very north or end of the village (near 30 m.p.h. sign), turn right into North Green Drive. About 150m along on the right, you will find no.12.

Airth’s popularity is unquestionable - look at the number of houses that have been built here in the last 15 years. Why? It is quiet with plenty great walking, and it is so easy to commute or travel by car (the Bowtrees junction on the motorway to Edinburgh, Fife, Glasgow, the South, etc. is say 1.5 miles), Stirling is say 10 minutes drive, and Falkirk and Grangemouth are just a few minutes (and there is plenty bus transport).
