Normanton Sidings is located between the existing settlements of Normanton and Altofs
abutting Normanton Railway Station which services the Hallam Line giving access to
Leeds, Castleford, Wakefield Kirkgate, Barnsley, Meadow Hall and Sheffield. The A665
Normanton bypass and the M62 (J31) are a short drive.

Freehold. A right of way to be reserved in respect of Vendor, vehicular and pedestrian to
one of the archways to the railway bridge to facilitate access should it be required for
future development of land to the north of the railway bridge also in the vendor's
ownership. Right of way reserved from Station Road in favour of Network Rail to their
