The Park is situated to the west of the A338 and between Fordingbridge and Ringwood in Hampshire. The A31 at Ringwood provides access via the M27 to Southampton (25.8 miles) and Portsmouth (44.8 miles), via the A338 to Bournemouth (15.4miles) and Bournemouth International Airport (12.1 miles). The boundary of the New Forest National Park is about half a mile to the east.
The Park was purchased by the current owners in 1989 and has been developed into and is currently run as a successful leisure business through the provision of a variety of water based recreational activities. The water park is accessed directly off the A338 and over a gravel track to a large car park to the south of the Clubhouse.
New Forest Water Park has a Certified Location (CL) site for up to 5 vans for the exclusive use of Caravan Club Members.
The clubroom opens onto a large decking terrace which overlooks the main lake. Adjacent to the Clubhouse is a large barn with workshop and storage for boats, cars, etc and a part mezzanine level providing store room, kitchen and bathroom.

On the ground floor there are changing rooms, a games room, various store rooms and integral garaging for 5 cars.
