When we first saw this apartment and what was on offer, we knew it was for us - although we spent a few months waiting for the refurbishment to be finished, it was worth the wait.
It's great being within walking distance of the village and the beach too.
The car fits in the garage, and we have created an extra storage area above in the pitched roof which is very handy.
As our family has got larger, we now need a home with three bedrooms to house our children and grandchildren, so it will be a sad move to pastures new.
This property benefits from owning a share of the freehold.
