The flat is sunny and bright with lovely big Georgian windows. The convenience to the M25 and Rickmansworth station also attracted me to the flat. It is a small community of only 6 properties, everyone knows each other and as a single lady I feel completely safe in my home. It is so quiet that all you hear are the birds singing, it is a beautiful place to live.

I will miss the beautiful walks and the Troutstream that runs through Loudwater. I love nature and here, there is an abundance of animals to see on the many walks through the estate.
