The access track to the land leads directly on to the A377 road which links the centres of Barnstaple and Exeter. The market town of South Molton lies 12 miles to the north.

Description

The land extends to about 21.24 acres (8.60 hectares) and comprises a mostly level run of meadows alongside the River Taw. There is about 1,200 yards of river frontage and an area of woodland extending to approximately one acre. Adjoining the woodland is a field shelter of block construction. The Tarka Branch line bisects the land with about 3.51 acres on the western side of the railway.

There is access to the land from the A377 via a right of way over the track coloured light green on the land plan.

From South Molton take the B3226 leading south west out of the town and after approximately nine miles at Fortescue Cross, Newnham, turn left onto the A377. Continue on this road passing the two left hand turns signposted to Chulmleigh and after a further mile pass the left turn signed to Chawleigh Week and immediately turn right adjacent to a property called New Lodge.
 
Proceed through the metal gate (please make sure to close the gate at all times) follow the track and the land is on the other side of the bridge.
