THE HIGH LIFE
One development that makes this property really stand out from the crowd is the loft conversion, which is now home to an impressive master bedroom suite.
This loft room is possibly the major focal point of what we have done - it is all open plan, completely white with coloured mosaic tiles, he said.
In this beautiful space the high-spec bath is located in the bedroom and overlooks the treetops outside.
Our home is really special and we haven't spared any expense doing it up - people are really impressed with what we've done.
The adjoining drawing room and dining room is another area in the house that lends itself perfectly to both cosy family evenings and hosting parties and special occasions.
In the winter we enjoy the fire, said Adam. We have big comfortable sofas, so the kids bring duvets and we all cuddle up and watch the television together.
For the last five years Adam and Jenny have hosted Christmas for both of their families.
It's a beautiful house for entertaining in the summer and winter, he said. There are plenty of rooms, and it is very convenient and spacious.
AL FRESCO FUN
The summer barbecues the couple have enjoyed over the years are numerous and Adam has found that the sound system, which extends into the garden, always helps to create a good lively ambiance.
The children enjoy running around the oak trees and hiding with their friends.

There is a decked terrace with lighting and an external Bose sound system which makes it great for entertaining. As the kitchen and dining area opens up on to the garden the family like to spend time watching the wildlife and often spot woodpeckers as well a variety of other birds.
A gentle stroll up to the pond to feed the ducks is another activity regularly enjoyed by the family.
It's just a three or four minute walk up to the green, he added.

WITHIN EASY REACH
