My aunt enjoyed 10 years of retirement living here. She particularly liked that the complex is small and homely.

It’s within easy walking distance of the town centre, bus routes and the Doctors surgery in St Lukes Avenue which she found very convenient.

The complex has always been very well maintained and kept in a high decorative order. The gardens gave her some outside space to enjoy and these were always kept very well too.
The flat was refitted to a modern standard and is ready to move into.

Overall my Aunt found it an oasis of calm in the centre of Maidstone.
