Part of the original Pentice roof construction remains at the front of the property. Features of this house are documented in the National Museum of Wales publications and the property was Grade 11 listed in May 1997 under record No 18464. Just past Penygarn Infants and Junior school turn right into St Cadocs Road and then next right into Mount Road passing Ashgrove on the right hand side. Immediately past Ashgrove there is a private lane on the right passing a barn under renovation and leading on the left to Church Farm.
