I love the feeling of community here. Everyone looks out for each other without being intrusive. It is so quiet and peaceful and the gardens and development is so well maintained. I have tried to keep the house modern and fresh and yet easy maintenance. I had the rear garden made into a patio so easy to potter in, but no mowing needed. It has also been a benefit coming straight from my car which is parked behind my walled garden, through the gate and into the house without walking mud etc., through the carpets. I specifically chose this house because of where it was situated as a parking spot and the garage. I am so glad I did, but aside to this, it has been a wonderful home to live in and a wonderful place to live in as well.Room sizes:
