THE SITE -

Brixham is situated on the south coast of Devon approximately 8 miles south of Torquay and 30 miles south of Exeter. PLANNING

Torbay Council granted conditional planning permission (ref. P/2011/0550/PA) for the “Formation of 2 semi-detached dwelling houses with vehicle access on site adjacent to 4 Greenover Road” on 31st August 2011.
