Location

Fedden Village is a private gated community in Portishead, consisting of the old Nautical School, Black Nore Point, Chaplains Wood and surrounding homes.
The history of Fedden Village dates back to 1906 where it was originally constructed as a Nautical School. During the 1980's, the listed building undertook a full restoration and was converted into luxurious apartments, with special care being taken to maintain the character and charm of the original structure.
Fedden Village is accessed via a secure gated entrance and offers a luxurious lifestyle for a wide range of ages to enjoy. The wealth of facilities include; three full size outdoor tennis courts, heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium, golf nets, snooker room, table tennis room, and a helicopter pad! Beautifully manicured gardens and woodland abound the vast building and from the front of the building you can sit and watch the ships pass by on the Bristol Channel.

Portishead is one of the fastest growing towns in Europe and lies within North Somerset on the Coastline of the Bristol Channel.
Portishead is approximately ten miles from Bristol City Centre and Bristol International Airport and approximately three miles from Junction 19 of the M5 motorway.

Portishead is steeped in charm and history and is magnificently situated with sweeping views of the Severn Estuary with the Welsh Coastline on one side and the Gordano Valley on the other. The picturesque Lake Grounds is a popular beauty spot and houses Portishead s open air heated pool.

Portishead has also seen recent redevelopment of its Marina to include shops bars and cafes and is currently home to around 250 boats. Businesses have been drawn to the area including Waitrose and Parish Wharf Leisure Centre.
