Set right in the very heart of this beautiful Warwickshire village this wonderful period home could not be better placed.
I think we fell in love with this house from the very first moment we stepped inside, comments Lisa it's quirky, charming and completely full of character. There are original beams and the original cast fireplace in the dining room - it is a lovely room to spend time and linger over a meal and a glass of wine with friends. The entire house has the most wonderfully warm and welcoming atmosphere, it's such a cosy place to be, and a truly relaxing place to unwind.

The location has been a huge advantage, adds Garry just about 10 or 15 minutes drive get you to where you need to be - be it Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick or Hatton Parkway main line rail station - the convenience has been perfect. I can reach the A49 in a couple of minutes and the M40 takes just 10 minutes to access. Birmingham International Airport is roughly a 25 minute drive with Heathrow taking about 1hour and 10 minutes to reach. We have the advantage of a village store close by and larger stores within very easy reach, along with an excellent doctor's surgery, florist, garage, butchers and other range of shops, we also have a very good school within walking distance, continues Lisa there is a lovely community spirit here in the village and there are lots of activities hosted in the Village Hall and the Church Hall, clubs and classes, keep fit, ballet and lots more. People are warm and friendly and it is very easy to settle and make roots here. The village square is so pretty and has some splendid timber framed period houses along with a truly country-village pub with leaded windows and a thatched roof, and on Christmas day it has long been the tradition that members of the village are served a free pint of ale.

Life is taking us in a new direction but I know we shall miss everything about this lovely home and the village, says Garry our daughter has grown up in this house and we have all been so very happy here, if we could take it with us - we would.
